Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The App implements OTP-based authentication to ensure secure access.
Can mark their own attendance and view their personal attendance records.
Have limited access to app features.
Can manage attendance, staff, and inventory across assigned sites.
Can switch between multiple sites to access relevant data.
Users can mark attendance via face scanning or manual mode.
Labourers have a self-attendance option within the App.
By using the face recognition feature, users explicitly consent to the collection of biometric data, which will be used exclusively for attendance verification purposes.
NK Industries is responsible for the collection, management, and processing of user data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
User data is collected solely for operational and internal business purposes.
